EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUMMARY

INSURANCE:

Stetson fully pays the premium on full-time Employees and their immediate family Dependents for Medical and Dental Group Insurance Plans. Stetson fully pays the premium on full-time Employees for Life/AD&D and LTD Insurance.

Employees authorized to work between 30 and 40 hours per week are entitled to receive company-paid premiums of medical insurance.

All insurance policies have a 60-day waiting period for eligibility.

TIME BENEFITS

Earned time benefits are holidays, vacation time and sick leave. Only full-time employees are eligible for time benefits. Part-time employees receive no time benefits.

Holidays:
Stetson provides holiday pay for 9 1/5 holidays/year.

Vacation:
After six months of employment, the full-time employee begins to earn vacation at a rate of 3.34 hours per pay period. Thus, in the first year the employee receives 40 hours of vacation and each year thereafter receives 80 hours.

Sick Leave:
After six months, the employee receives 20 hours of sick leave, and earns sick leave thereafter at a rate of 1.67 hours per pay period up to their anniversary date for a maximum of 40 hours in the first year.The company reserves the right to alter these benefits at any time.

Compensatory Time Off (CTO):
Full-time exempt employees may "bank" time worked in excess of 40 hours per week for use at their discretion, assuming such use of time off does not negatively impact Stetson projects.

PENSION PLAN

As a form of profit sharing, the company has historically contributed 15% of the employee's annual earnings to the firm's pension plan. Employees become eligible to participate in the first plan year after which they have worked for the company six months or 1,000 hours within a plan year. Vesting is accomplished over a six-year period. Continued contributions are contingent upon the employee's working a minimum 1,000 hours per plan year and still being employed on the final date of the plan year. The Plan year begins October 1 and runs through September 30.
